Can you fax or email HRH?

HI... i will be at HRH in 3 weeks... i understand this resort is spread out...so it is important for my sisters health reasons we have a fairly convienient location...so i guess i would request near elevators or lobby .. would that be correct...and can i fax or email the resort..how would i go about this...thanks...amy

Let us know how it was because of all the recent bad reviews. We're staying there Christmas and MLK and I need to see if I should switch from HRH.

Unless you are club level, I recommend room 6090. It is near the elevator and has an awesome view. If you are not reserved at a pool view, you can probably go across the hall from 6090.
