Can you explain the waitlist?

We have BWV booked for spring break next year for the garden/pool view. We have also waitlisted the Boardwalk view there. This is our first time waitlisting. So, when I log into dvcmember, does it show that we're waitlisted? OR will it just update if it goes through? Thanks!

Waitlists do not show on the website - just reservations.

If you see the Pool/Garden reservation disappear and a new reservation that says Boardwalk view, then you will know your waitlist came through.
