You talk to the individuals offering the rentals and discuss what kind of payment they want. Some of these people are just like you, looking to recoup some maintenance fees. Others are "super renters" that do it as a business.

As you start shopping for a reservation, I'm sure they will tell you right away what kind of payment they accept.
