Can you "exchange" DL passes for WDW passes?

I'm soooo bummed! My first trip ever to California just got cancelled and I was looking forward to doing Disneyland for the first time! Now I have a 3-day park hopper pass for DL that I'm afraid I'm stuck with. I'm not sure when I'll get to go to CA, but I'm sure I'll be at WDW again before that. So, here's my question . . . Can DL passes be exchanged for credit towards WDW passes? I know the WDW passes are more expensive, but I wondered if they would give you trade-in value for DL passes? HELP!?!?!?

I don't think so. I do know you can use WDW passes at DL, but as you mentioned, you can't do it the other way around due to the cost. You might want to go over to the DL board and see if anyone wants to take them off your hands. There's usually someone over there planning a trip

i'd like to know alittle more about using your wdw passes at dl...we were there in april and i had to buy new ones...we are annual pass holders at wdw...what type of pass do they allow you to use at wdw and dl???

I was thinking the same thing. We are annual pass holders at D.W. and when we went to ED.L. we were not allowed to use them. Was wonderin if there are any passes that you can use at both.

Unused passes could be sold on ebay. You could then apply the funds received toward WDW passes. Used passes are not supposed to be sold on ebay.

You can't use WDW APs at DL, but you can use unused days off a PH ticket. If you are going to DL and have a WDW AP you will have to buy a DL ticket to get in. It's kind of a shame they don't let you use the WDW APs as I think that would attract more WDW vets to DL.
