Can you exchange an AP voucher at Downtown Disney?

We are visiting Downtown Disney our first day and I would like to exchange my voucher there. I thought I read on here that someone said they did that. Where do you take it?

Yes, there are two "Guest Relations" offices in DTD.

Just ask where they are located (or look at a DTD map when you are there).

I believe there is one near planet hollywood... not sure where the other is

The other is behind Gihredellies between Team Mickey and the Crystal shop.

And yes we did this one in JUne.

How late are they generally open?

I was just down there and went to the guest relations building in DTD and cashed in my voucher for my PAP....they are open from 9:30 am through 11 pm....may close a little earlier during non peak times. Guest Services is located next to Team Mickey!
