can you email room requests to AKL?

can you email your 4 days out room requests to the AKL, or is fax the way to go?

At the same time does anyone have the email address for the room assigner or correct contact for room requests a couple of days prior to arrival at AKL?

I've not seen any e-mail addresses for the resorts -- only fax numbers.

These were the two fax #s I found: 1-407-938-4799 & 1-407-938-7102. I haven't used them yet since I won't be arriving at the AKL until October. I don't know which one could be used for faxing room requests. If anyone has tried them and has any info on which one was successful I'd like to know. Patty

If you are checking in on a Tuesday, does this mean that 4 days out is Friday or Saturday (in other words, does the check in day count as a day?)

It's four days prior to arrival. That would mean:

Tuesday - arrival day
Monday - one day prior
Sunday - two days prior
Saturday - three days prior
Friday - four days prior

You would fax your request on Friday.

I faxed our request in July and used the 4799 number. We got everything we asked for so we were very happy! I haven't seen an e-mail address any where.
