....a day from the UPH tickets? We are planning to stay at PO for Christmas on Dec. 23 & 24. We want to head home first thing on Dec. 25. So we are staying 2 nights, but only spending 2 days in the parks. Can we get a 2 day UPH ticket?

You can't book UPHs in advance and drop a day. You should be able to at check in, however.
