We will be there with kids (14 and 11) and have been once before--we go to WDW every year so we are really trying to do rides unique to DLR. Let me know what you think and if we should switch some things--we will be there for the 7am opening so probably won't make it much past dinner esp with time change!

MM hour:
Peter Pan (if one of the first few on line)
Matterhorn 2x
Alice
Mr Toad
Snow White
Pinocchio
Nemo

??Canal Boats and/or Small World depending on time??

Get FP for Space
Ride Space
Get FP for F!

Indy
Thunder
FP for Indy
Pirates
prob ride Space
prob ride Indy
get FP for Splash
Haunted Mansion
Tikki Room

Then fill in others if we can. We will have one more morning at DLR but no EMH....
Thanks!

Reports have been that Peter Pan waits even at EE have been 20-40 minutes, so that might not be doable with your plan, but if you eliminate it, the rest should be ok.

But, I have to ask - why watch Fantasmic when there is Paint the Night that you can't get in WDW? BTW - I am not dissing Fantasmic, as it is my favorite show, just curious. And I assume you are not hopping? Are you staying nearby where you could take a mid-day break?

I think your day sounds good, but it does sound like Peter Pan might take longer than usual, so just factor that in. I would totally rest and come back for the fireworks and late parade--two of my favorite things on our last trip and favorites overall!! They are really special and worth it! Have fun!

I hadn't really thought about swapping F! for Paint the Night--we should think about it. I just checked times and they are pretty similar--but is Paint more time consuming with getting a spot ahead of time? Is it feasible to get a spot to see it about 30 min ahead--which is about what we'd do for F!? Hmmm...back to the research board!! :yay:

Thank you!!

There will be two PTN parades - one at 8:50 and one at 11pm. The consensus seems to be to watch the late one after the fireworks if you can stay up that late. Thus, the reason for the mid-day break:) If you simply can't do it, the best place to see the first show with a lower wait is to see it by IASW. That's where it starts for the earlier parade. Also, some people have reported that if you get a late dinner reservation at Carnation Cafe (8-8:30) and you request the patio, you will have a good spot to view the parade, since there aren't people in front of the patio blocking your view. Once the parade ends, people fill in Main St to watch Disneyland Forever.
