Can You Combine Multiple Reservation Numbers to One?

I am concerned about having multiple reservation numbers for the same week (waitlists came through!) and dealing with the online ADRs. Will member services combine all reservation numbers to one so it will only show as one reservation? I want the 90+10!! Thanks!
 
In my experience no they will not combine them into one. However, they will link them together so that when you check in, you don't need to check out until the end of your trip.
 
I was told the same thing on the phone. Our wait list we put in on Saturday came through today (shocked it only took a day). She let me know that the reservation numbers are different, but there will only be one check in and out.
 
I called MS today and they said that too. I asked about the online dining reservations and the whole 90+10 situation and was told I will be able do it online but it seems like everyone is saying different. I really want to do the reservations online but I just have a feeling I won't be able to!
 

You will be able to make reservations online, but you will have to do it 90+10 from each reservation number...and it really stinks! We are going through that right now. After several calls, and speaking to managers about the split DVC stays/waitlist issue and the unfairness of having to wait 90 from each reservation number (we originally had 5 reservation numbers, thanks to split stays and waitlists), we were finally able to get someone to combine the last three. We still have 3 numbers and it still stinks. As we see it, we are staying onsite the entire time, regardless of the fact that we have multiple reservation numbers. They say they are working on the split stay issue, due to the numerous complaints, but I wouldn't hold my breath for a quick fix. We have been having a hard time getting reservations due to having to wait until the 90 days from each reservation...

I would call MS to ask about it, and then ask to speak to a manager and definitely give feedback. They are very nice and receptive, but the only way to get the split stay issue changed for good is for enough people to leave comments about it so that they know it's an issue for a lot of people.
 
I recently booked a reservation at OKW and wait listed for the final two days. Of course, I was provided a confirmation number for the first two nights that were booked. I received a printed confirmation for those first two nights in the mail. It also showed up in my DVC on-line account.

At some point later, the wait list came through and it was given a unique reservation number. It was listed separately in my DVC on-line account. So, I have two different reservations showing for different dates.

However, when I received the second printed confirmation in the mail from the wait list booking, it listed only the first confirmation number but had all 4 nights listed.

The linking of the reservations seems to have worked well. I anticipate check-in will be smooth also.

The moral of the story here is that it all hinges on the reservations/wait lists all being linked on their end.
 
We did the wait list thing for BCV the end of Oct. Sunday was our 90 day mark for the start of the first. When I went online Sunday morning I put in my first number and it recognized that I was only there for 3 days. But I WAS able to make reservations for the whole 8 day trip online at 5:00 Central time:banana::cool1:. So even though it says one thing it appears you can do it for both numbers. Or I could have just gotten really really lucky:worship:.
