Can you check your reservation confirmation?

Just wondering if anyone can check their confirmation for me and let me know how this is listed:

I reserved a room in the Preferred buildings at All Star Sports and requested a smoking room. On my confirmation the "Room View" space is blank but on the bottom where it lists check in & out times it says "Prefer Smoking Room". I just want to make sure I have a preferred room reserved (which I paid the extra $10 a night for), because this just looks like I would "prefer a smoking room".

Seems like the last time I got a preferred room or requested a specific view it was listed under the "Room Type".

Hoping someone can check their confirmation for me and let me know what your's says.

I don't have a reservation to check, but I can tell you that the "prefer smoking room" is talking about your preference for a smoking room. It has nothing to do with room location.

I would simply call and verify that they've put you into a preferred location, and ask for confirmation in writing.

Wondering about the reservation confirmations... I received one from my initial call. It has under information "prefer non-smoking room. king bed requested but not guaranteed." None of my other (higher-priority) requests were listed (MK view, room location, etc.). I gather they just never put that in writing?

Call. The CMs reaaaally seem to be friendly and helpful these days. They won't mind that you want to verify that all is well.

Thanks for the advice -- I called and they confirmed that they show a Preferred Room. I doubt I will actually get this in writing -- it took 2 calls after the initial reservation to actually get a confirmation in the mail.
