Can you check bags/b pass at BCV without ME, (using a rental car)?

Just scheduled a coworker 1 night at BCV.

They have a rental car for the week before off property.

Do I need to set up ME for them to use Delta's bag check?

Or can they just walk up and send the bags, get a b pass?

Be nice to return the rental and not worry about bags that day.

I'm not sure I understand the question. They have a rental car, are staying a week off property, then moving on property for one night? You want to know if they can check their bags with RAC before heading back to the airport? If so, yes. The bag check in at the resort are for any WDW guest, regardless of whether they use DME.

Might as well use it.

Now if I remember-they need to "check in" online the night before, and pay for the bags correct?

Or can they pay for bags without notice?
