Can you check availablitliy for meals..

and not make ressies?? I have an idea in my head of what I want but is there a way to call and see if there is availablility for those dates and times.

Sure - you can call the dining number and ask what the restaurants you have in mind look like for availability - it may change by the time you call back, but you can definitely call and ask.
