Can you cancel CRT without penalty?

Is it possible to cancel an ADR at CRT without a penalty? I know they charged my credit card up front. Anyone know how that works?

I was told a 48 hour cancellation. They should refund the charges as long as you're outside that window.

yes, if it's before the 48 hr window you will get your money back. we had to cancel for our last trip and I cancelled about a month ahead and got the refund in about 3 days.

And if you do have to cancel, you might want to post on the Trade/Cancel Thread which is a sticky at the top of the Dining Thread. I'm sure there would be some very eager people to coordinate with you what time/date you cancel so they could scoop it up once you do cancel.
