Can you Camp without spending the night?

My DH LOVES, LOVES, LOVES to camp. Me... not so much. I am wondering if you can do 'Camping' at WDW without staying at the campground overnight? We have booked a house offsite to stay, but I think DH would like to camp some.

Any advice appreciated!

Are you looking to basically just spend a day at FW but not actually reserve and camp on a site of your own?

If so...
Day guests are welcome to visit FW and tour around, participate in the activities (horseback riding, fishing, canoes, archery, campfire, etc..), rent boats from the marina... pretty much everything except use the pools.

You'd just need to park in the overflow lot and take an internal bus to wherever it is within FW that you're looking to go. You won't be allowed to drive your car into the Fort unless you're actually staying there.

For a couple bucks I'll grill your burgers and let your kid loop around on their bike by my site. I don't smoke nor do I use deodorant which may bother sensitive individuals. Since I couldn't find scentless soap, I stopped showering, too. Just looking out for the painfully allergic.
