CRO can't look up reservations made by TA's. It has something to do with the reservation being booked under the TA's phone number or something I think.
If you call and give them the reservation # they can pull it up, they just can't make any changes to it for you, you must go through your agent. Before I became an agent myself I had booked a trip with one. I called and just explained that I wanted to verify that it was made according to what I requested since I had never used this agent before. The CM told me he couldn't give me any info but if *I* gave him info, he could let me know if he could confirm it. I just made sure it was for the resort, view and dates I wanted. He confirmed that was correct.
You will need the confirmation # though. It will be under the agent's phone # rather than yours. Most of the time the agency phone # that is provided to suppliers is different from phone # you would call to reach your agent.
