Can't find a phone number. I started to "get a quote" but with some of us having annual passes and others trying to get packages it got confusing. I need to talk with someone. I've been planning and implementing trips (with the help of the disboards) for 10 years, but this year I am stumped and need professional help. :)

I think the only option is email, but I'm sure I'll be corrected if I'm wrong.

I'm glad I found this thread, I was just on their website to see if I could book for the 2015 Marathon weekend and it didn't seem to allow me to request a quote for 2015. I know prices are not out yet, but is there any way to reserve a room yet?

When will that option become available?
Thanks!

This is the only reason we will not use them. We won't give our credit card info thru an email and they have never offered a phone number in the past when we wanted to book with them.

I've used them three times now and love them. Just do the quote route to get your initial agent, and put in the notes a brief run down of your situation. You don't have to worry about tickets or anything initially and once you have the agent they will help you with all the tweeking. They don't have a phone because there's no central booking office that their agents work out of...they are spread all over.

I found their service to be almost more personal then dealing with a traditional office; especially since I can fire off an email at midnight when something occurs to me instead of having to wait for office hours and forgetting all together!

Dreams does have a phone number you can call. You can also call our office to submit your credit card payments. If the payment team is busy you can leave a voice mail and they will return the call.

I would suggest submitting a quote request and the agent will be able to help you with pricing. If you book a package then everyone in the room needs to have the same tickets. If you have a room only then everyone can have something different. Your agent would be happy to set up your reservations that fit your needs.

Dreams Unlimited Travel does not ask you to submit your credit card information via email.

We strongly recommend that you never transmit your information in that manner.

Clients have a secured site and / or a toll free number to use when providing sensitive information.

We have never had to submit a cc# via email. We always use the SSL secured website. :confused3

We also have the toll free number. :confused3

Not sure that you have the correct info. Dreams has always been responsive and has gone "over and above" on any of our numerous vacations we have booked with them (DLR, DCL, ABD, and WDW). :thumbsup2

I used dreams for my January trip (Kathy specifically). Every time I submitted a payment, I had the option of calling or using a secure online site. No issues or concerns. When booking, I made notes in the section where I got the quote about our specific issues, including our actual dates, as ours hadn't been released yet. I was completely satisfied with my experience, even though I am an experienced (way over 40 trips) disney goer and don't need any assistance. I will use them again without question.

Just used Dreams for an upcoming trip, Kathy specifically. I can't say enough good things about Dreams. I prefer to operate by email. I particularly appreciated the unprompted emails from Kathy and Dreams saying "you've hit this milestone" before you trip, have you considered or done this or that. Very helpful, and the very practical responses I got to questions were extremely helpful.

At one point I was puzzling over how in the world to book the Famtasmic package via the web. Couldn't figure it out, wrote Kathy amd a few minutes later she'd booked it. Wonderful service!
