Can you buy/transfer parking passes?

Wondering if this is allowed...we're staying at the WBC and would love to get a discount on parking at the parks each day. For example, can someone staying on site give or sell me their pass? Can I buy one off Ebay or similar? Do they offer military or pay-in-advance discounts for parking? Just budgeting! Thanks!

There is only one legal way to get free parking if you are not staying at a WDW resort. Buy an annual pass. Parking is one of the benefits.
