I don’t think it’s available anywhere other than the UK right now. I saw one for a significant markup on Mercari.

Not right now, they haven't released any of the backpacks yet on Shop Disney.
The pins were released out of order (series 2 first).
I think the pins and plush are out at WDW, not sure yet about the backpacks.
