Can you buy Military Salute Tickets at Pleasure Island Ticket Counter

My DH is in Orlando on business this week; he wants to got to WDW this weekend, and hit PI on Friday night (he won't get to Disney til 7:00 or so)..can he pick up his Military Salute ticket at the Pleasure Island ticket windows? I told him I was fairly certain he could, but he's not convinced....the site says any "theme park" ticket window, so I think PI counts...

Nope, it does not. Only the 4 major parks and guest services at Downtown disney.
