I can't really answer your question, but I will say if you don't see them in the case, just ask! I had my heart set on a Matterhorn Macaroon one day and almost walked out when I didn't see them, but decided to ask - they were just finishing them up so I was able to go back 10 minutes later for a fresh one!

I wasn't anticipating to love them but we all did (we were looking for ice cream and/or churros, LOL, but we were told by a very cranky CM that it isn't possible to get either before 11 am at DL...never did figure out if she was being honest about that or not)

Didn't know about the churros, but the ice cream places don't open until 11 AM at Disneyland. I wonder if they would sell you ice cream at breakfast at Carnation Cafe though...hmm...

Now if you're in DCA, ice cream for breakfast is a definite possibility. Ghirardelli opens at the same time as the park, and they serve their full menu. I've seen people sitting side-by-side at the Ghirardelli in the early morning drinking coffee and eating ice cream.

Those are my type of people - double fisting coffee and ice cream! We did end up with macarons and frappuccinos which is almost ice cream, LOL. I will remember that about Ghirardelli's, thanks!

As far as the story, Gisele, that was about the extent of it...we wandered into the Coke Corner place - we knew they weren't open - but there was a lady behind the counter so I thought I would ask. And she was cranky about it. Oh well.

We were just there and the kids were able to get Matterhorn macaroons early in the morning for a quick bite.....they really enjoyed them. Don't recall seeing any Mickey ones though

No, the macarons are what are Mickey-shaped, not the macaroons. The extra "o" makes a big difference! I am in LOVE with the Matterhorn Macaroon!

Just there last week and saw the Matterhorn ones, the Mickey-shapes with raspberries in them and some green Mickey-shapes around 9:30 a.m.

No its a french macaron type one. Flavor is just ok but I am spoiled by the ones we can get here Although Mickey shape makes everything taste better!
