You can purchase the gift cards online.

There are sites on-line that sell Disney dollars. However, they are NOT official Disney sites. You might call DelivEARS. I don't think they sell them, but it's worth asking.

I always buy them at the disney store in the mall....I assume you don't have one near you but maybe you could call one here in Texas (like the willowbrook mall location or the Galleria location in houston) and ask to purchase them over the phone and mail them to you.
