Can you buy APs at th resorts ?

No, I don't believe so.

I think APs can only be bought at each parks' guest services windows, inside the parks at guest services, guest services at Downtown Disney, online, and I believe you can now purchase an AP at the Disney Store in the airport (MCO).

I don't think you can buy them at the resorts. We bought ours a few years ago at the Disney Store at MCO before heading to our resort.

No, only at a park or at Guest Services in DTD.
