Can you buy a dining plan if staying through RCI?

My mom owns a timeshare and I know Old Key West and Saratoga Springs are part of RCI. I'm just kind of wondering if we booked one of those hotels through RCI (or however timeshares work, I don't know much about it) would we be able to purchase dining plans? I can't imagine going without a dining plan!

Yes, you can buy any of the Disney Dining Plans when you exchange through RCI. You must call in at least a week in advance to the DVC number they give you in order to give the names of those who will stay in the villa. The dining plan of choice must be requested and paid for before you arrive, so it is easier to just do it when you call to give the guest names.
Like all Disney Dining Plans, all guests in the room (and on the reservation) must be on the same plan.
There is not DVC discount for the Dining Plans.

Just to say, RCI & Saratoga very rarely come up on RCI so if you spot them get them!

There's no discount on the plan, but if you are booking through DVC you are not required to pay peak pricing.
