Can you bring your own beverages onboard?

We much prefer Pepsi over Coke and would like to bring some wine for enjoying on our balcony. I know if you bring wine to the restaurants, they charge a $10 corkage fee. We would order whatever wine is available for dinner. Is there a rule against bringing drinks onboard? Thanks for your answers.

I don't think they want you to bring drinks on board but I have seen people do it. They don't hide it either. I saw a guy carry on a 12 of beer and 12 of soda. Just remember, you will have to carry it around until your room is ready. They do have a cooling box in the room. It works ok but count on it to make your soda real cold.

We did this on our 7day cruise. We brought sodas and bottled water. Saved on our beverage charges. We just kept a handful in our little freezer. It was one of the best ideas we got from another guest.

I have a carry on suitcase that holds about 48 cans of my havorite cans....just roll it on and thru checkin lines....then when the sailing is over its perfect for bringing home those "breakable"...souvineers on the plane.....

LOL. I'll have to tell my Dh this. He only took a few beers last time. He was annoyed by the lowered alcohol content of the beer onboard, so he is taking more beer next time in protest.

I took a bottle, but never had a sip of alcohol the whole cruise due to sea sickness and sea sickness patch.

We are planning on taking 2 bottles of wine and some drinks onboard with us. We are flying into MCO so we plan on going to the liquor store or publix to get some drinks before saturday boarding.

We also plan on taking a small bag cooler that can hold some drinks for us. We'll get ice once we board (you can't board with ice in your coolers just an fyi) to keep a few drinks cold at a time.

Wanted to add that i'm ordering my DH a basket from shirley and will get her to include some beer with this. But it's a surprise so I had to go long with DH saying that he wanted to take some drinks with us.
