I have 2 very picky eaters, and I am wondering if you're allowed to bring snacks and juiceboxes into the parks?

Just don't bring anything in glass bottles, and you'll be fine. Security will check your bags when you enter the park, but bringing in snacks is allowed. We usually bring a cooler with lunch and lots of extra waters, no problem. It's a great way to save some $$!

I bring in snacks every time we go. You can get ice water in a cup free of charge at counter service restaurants, so I usually bring packets of crystal light/punch to mix with it for snack drinks.

Just keep in mind you are not allowed to have straws at Animal Kingdom...I usually just bring those "take and toss" plastic sippy cups for the kiddos when we go there.

We take snacks and water bottles into the parks. We usually freeze the water so it stays cold during the day. By the time the kids want it, it has started to melt. We bring the individual packets of drink mix, because each kiddo has their own favorite flavor. We never had a problem getting into the parks with our stuff.

Yep, what she said. The security guards might joke about sharing if anything looks too good, but Disney changed its policy about 5 years ago. Outsides foods are allowed in now. No glass, no alcohol. Everything else is fine. Soft cooler bags are fine too. We hang ours off the stroller.

It is great because and not having to stand in line to get a snack really can save you from a melt down. We still get fun snacks, but we like to bring our own too. :thumbsup2

Yep! When our kids were smaller, we'd often bring some of those Uncrustables (frozen pb&j) with some other snacks to fight off the meltdowns!

Oh thank goodness!!!!!!! And that is such a great idea about bringing those powder mixes for the water....thanks!

Wait, you really can't bring straws into AK??? My DD only drinks out of straw cups.......
