Can you borrow banked points?

Can I borrow back points that I banked for this year? I banked my 2008 Sept UY points and was planning on using them plus UY 2009 points in Dec 2009 but I may want to take a quick trip to WDW for Mardi Gras in Feb. Can I borrow back my banked points to use then?

No, you can't borrow banked points but you can borrow your 2009 points.

That's how you end up seeing resales with both banked and borrowed points available.
