Can you book online with a pin code?

We got a pin code and I was just wondering if we have to call or can we put in in somewhere on the Disney website and see availability? I can't find out where it goes.

Yes, you should be able to do that. When I got a pin it had an online site. I'd give it to you, but mine shows the actual PIN when I navigate there.

There should be a clickable link in the email that will take you to the site. It will have the pin filled in for you already and you add your last name and postal code.

We didn't get an e-mail, it was a post card that was mailed. Thanks for your help
