Can you book free dining on Disney's website?

I am on hold with CRO right now, but have a feeling I am going to be holding for a LOOOOONG time.... Is this package with free dining available on their website for booking?? Anyone book online?

I tried and it didn't work. Actually if I tell it I want 1 day tickets, then click dining, it won't take. Maybe later today they may add something since this is for the GP.

Thanks!! I did try it online and it charged me for the dining plan. I did however get through to CRO and booked my package!! YEA!!
