Can you book FP+ DURING a MNSSHP?!

Currently planning our september trip with FP+ etc. We are hoping to do the MNSSHP on 9th September. Will we be able to select FP+ times for whilst we are at the halloween party?
For example, we wanted to meet Rapunzel etc (and princes) but will FP+ not go beyond the set "closing time" of 7pm?
