Can you book DING using this link?

Awhile back someone was kind enough to post this link for DING rates:

Once you go to the link you have to go to the URL that is listed. When you go to the URL link it takes you to DING. It appears that you can book this way. Has anybody tried this?

I'm looking for a way to book DING while at work.

When you click on the link, there is nothing but computer language. The only way that I know of to book DING fares is to download DING software to your computer.

Yes, you're right..... you click on the link and there is a bunch of computer lingo. But within that lingo is an URL address. You have to copy it and paste it into the address bar, click go and it takes you to DING. I just don't know if you can book this way.

I tried the link, the one embedded in the html.

It works for that particular Ding offer, but only for that Ding offer. To try to do this for all Dings would be difficult, if not impossible.

Also, you need to download Ding somewhere and "register" with it. That allows the Ding website to know your IP address (I think this is how it knows me) and tailor your "home" airports with it. For instance when I updated my
"registration", via the Ding software, I told SWA to give me Dings for Nashville, Louisville and Orlando airports.

We're not going until January so I can't book any DING offers now, I'm just trying to figure out how to do it when Jan comes out. I'm looking for anything out of Detroit or Columbus. They've had great Detroit rates the past few days ($39)

I've downloaded DING at my home computer before so I know I can book from there....... but it's not always possible to run home from work to book.

I know I can't book January DINGS, I have to wait for Jan to come out. You don't have to get a new link for every offer. If you go to the link I posted above and then go to the URL that is listed it gives you the latest DING offers...... check it tomorrow and you will notice it updates. In the first link I posted above it shows when the DING expires..... the latest one shows says "Click here to purchase by 9:00 PM CDT, September 12, 2007"

Sorry, maybe I'm not explaining things well.
