Can two smaller, scooters go on this boat? I know there are some boats that service scooters and some don't.

Yes you can. They are the larger boats, so I know they take scooters in the back. As to whether they take 2 at a time, I don't know for sure.

As vicki_c said, the boats going from DHS to S/D can accommodate electric scooters. (There the friendship boats.) I've seen them take two at one time before.
