Can you be a seasonal cast member before being a CP cast member? I want to be a seasonal cast member but still want to do the CP...do they prohibit that?
Certainly. Couple things to note, being seasonal first means you have to give 6-8 weeks availability (which is waved if you go CP to seasonal). Also, seasonal CMs make more than CPs, so you will be getting a pay cut.

Really? Seasonal CMs make more than CPs? So if I was a CP and now seasonal, does that mean I'm getting paid higher than a CP or am I still with the hourly wage as when I was a CP?
If you are seasonal you get the pay that seasonal gets. If you are CP you get the pay that CP gets. It doesn't matter what you did before or what you're doing next since the two are mutually exclusive. If you switch to one or the other then your pay switches to match.

When I went seasonal after my CP, I actually got two (very small) pay increases in a short time period - one in January when I went seasonal (5 months after being hired as a CP) and one in August once I'd been with the company for a year.
Don't get too excited. Even after both, I was still making only slightly over a dollar more than my CP wage. You can check your old paystubs on the hub to see the pay increase
