Can you amend the dates on an existing universal hotel booking?

We booked up for a few nights in september at the universal RPR hotel but we now need to change our dates, so we still want to stay the same number of nights but we want to check in a few days later.

Does anyone know if this can be done?

I'm pretty sure you can cancel and not be charged a fee. You can then just book again with the dates you want.

Im pretty sure theyll let you if you phone them up
and ask. If not, you could always cancel
and rebook.

I had to phone them a couple of days ago to change my rate which they did. I phoned the number at the bottom of my confirmation email as its a different number than on the website, if that helps

Did you book direct with Universal?.

If so you can go onto the web site with your booking ref number and click on the amend booking option.

Have done this a few times - even saved some money on the room rate when it went down!
