Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone knew if you can add on the swim once you get to the park if you haven't booked that package ahead? :confused3

Thanks so much!

It will depend on if the dolphin swims are sold out or not. They only have so many dolphin swims available per day. So, if you're going during a busy part of the year, then you probably won't be able to if they are soldout. If you're going during a slow season, then you might luck out and you might be able to add on when you check in.

I guess, my answer is..I assume you could add it on, if they have swims still available.

What Chiamarie said is right. On our day we heard someone adding a dolphin swim - but the park was slow. On the other hand I have heard of people who wanted to add on the swim once they got there and realized it wasn't scary - but couldn't because there were no available openings for the dolphin encounter.

What the past two posters have said is correct. I called Discovery myself a few weeks ago with the same question. I was looking at booking just the day package with NO swim BUT was wondering if when we got there it could be added on. IF they have times available, they will just charge you the difference. Also can be said that if you arrive and have decided to NOT do the swim (ie, my SIL is very hesitant to swim with dolphins), you can cancel that part and they will refund you the money.

Hope that helps:)
