If i were to book a room for dh, daughter and myself at the 11 month window then friends decide to join us can we add their names later?

i know this isn't possible if getting a studio but if we book a 1 or 2 bedroom and friends decide to join us they could take the other room or the pull outs in the living room and our daughter could sleep in our room.

or do all the names have to be listed upon reservation?

No problem adding names at a later date. We actually did this at check-in just last week.

As long as you don't exceed occupancy, you should be able to add them anytime. Remember, there are no "pullouts" in the living room, only ONE queen sized sleeper sofa in the one bedroom. Unless you are getting the AKV one bedroom that actually sleeps 5 with the extra sleeper chair.

cool - my next question would is

if we have a second child under 1 would he or she be one of the 5 or is a baby not counted because they could sleep either in a crib or the parents bed?

Oh and what if the friends are only staying one night? do they have to buy the DDP or DDDP if we are on it?

Only one child under the age of three is permitted. If you have more than one, all others will count towards occupancy. If you have six, you'll need a two bedroom villa.

??? Is the sofa in the living room of AKV villas NOT a sleeper sofa? Or were you just pointing out that there is only one and not multiple pullouts?

I think the point was that there is only one. Each DVC 1,2 and 3 bedroom unit has a queen sleep sofa in the living room.

All occupants of the room must purchase the Disney Dining Plan for the entire length of stay. For example, if 2 people have a ressie for a week and 2 more are joining them for 1 night, all 4 people must purchase the dining plan for a week. HOpe this helps..
