Can you add days to the military ticket

We've never used the military discount but will have ability this year. From what I understand we can buy 3 day military solute tickets at the park for 139$. We will be there for 5 days. Is it possible to add 2 days?

Nope. You cannot add days. You can buy a second ticket for each person to get the extra days. That's like 6 days for the normal price of 3!

I have read stories here that even when you are allowed to upgrade a ticket not bought at Disney, that they will charge the difference from the full cost of the upgraded ticket and what you actually paid for the ticket you have. So if you wanted to buy the 5 day Park Hopper you'd have to pay the difference between $315 and $139 which is $176. I agree with lalasmama that if you want to have 5 full days (and even two Magic Mornings if they are Park Hoppers) you could buy 2 of the military discount tickets per person in your party.

Thank you for pointing that out for me Geemo. Since we have 8 people going we can't double buy tickets as there is a limit of 6. A few in the group were talking about doing universal. Maybe they can use the 3 day tickets then head over there. Does anyone know if universal has a military discount?

I am in the same situation. We have 9 people in our party, but can only buy 6 military discounted tickets. I figure that I am just going to buy 2-day park hoppers for the other two days we need, plus three 5-day park hoppers from my school district union. That is the best price I can find other than the military discounted tickets. I have also been looking for a military discount for Universal Studios, but can't seem to find a good deal. If I do find something, I will post it on your thread. Good luck....

You might want to research this. At gate price a 5 day hopper is $315. A 2 day hopper is $225, so adding a $139 military 3 day is more expensive then just buying 5 day hoppers. If you're getting a discount on the 5 day it's probably a better deal because 5 days are usually discounted more than 2 days. even if you remove the hopper option on the 2 day tickets the 5 day hopper is still cheaper than the military ticket plus a 2 day 1 park ticket.
