Can we walk to Beaches & Cream from HS?

Does anyone know if Beaches & Cream would be a feasible walk from Hollywood Studios? I was thinking of doing this for our CS instead of one of the HS restaurants. I know it's at the Yacht Club resort but wasn't sure how to get there by foot since we've never walked it. Thanks!

Yes, you can. We walked the Boardwalk to DHS in about 15 minutes. Beaches & Cream is at the Beach Club (not Yacht, but they're connected). You could walk to the Boardwalk and then go over a bridge to Beach Club - probably another 10 minutes. Maybe 15.

You can also take the boat from DHS straight to the Yacht/Beach club dock to get there. The boats are nice, but slow because they stop at the Swan/Dolphin first, then Y/B, then Boardwalk, then Epcot (I think the switch the order around sometimes as well).

I'd say its a little longer unless you are a fast walker - we stay at the BW - and its fifteen from there - then you still need to get to the middle of the Y&BC.

Its walkable - but the walk each way will add about half an hour to forty five minutes to your day from the DHS gates - plus B&C is often busy and very small - so you may have a wait for a table. Plan on an hour and a half - two hours for lunch to get there, eat and get back.

We have stayed at the Beach Club and Boardwalk...We would back and fourth to DHS almost every time...The boat is also really nice...You may want take the boat over and walk back (work the dinner off ).

We stayed in the YC and it was a 25 minute walk to the Studios. We were all very mobile people (ages 12 - 40), so if you have health issues or people younger/older in your party, it may take longer.

It only took us a couple of minutes to get from our room to B&C. The only time we had any luck getting in with less than an hour wait was in the late afternoon (around 3-4pm). Like the previous poster said, if you're going at lunch time (between 11am - 3pm), count on long waits.
