It's 4 consecutive hours, so if your wedding and DP are within 4 hours of each other, yes. If your wedding is in the morning, you would have to skip the limo then to be able to use it that evening.

We aren't using the limo for the wedding as we were staying so close so though it could pick us up from the airport. But thought maybe this would be better then paying for transport to get us to the dessert party.

Definitely! There are way cheaper options for getting to WDW from the airport, so using your limo time for the DP is a great idea.
