Can we use Disney gift cards at restaurants in Disney?

Like many others, I'm saving loose change here and there and like the idea of getting Disney gift cards so we don't get tempted to use the money now. I was wondering if I bought Disney gift cards, would I be able to use it at the restaurants in Disneyland? For instance can I use a Disney gift card to pay for dinner at Blue Bayou or Pizza Port or any concession stand?
