Can we upgrade our Parkhopper tickets?

We purchased 10 day Parkhopper tickets from Undercover Tourist. They're linked on our MDE already.
My kids would love DisneyQuest and I believe entrance is included on the 10 Day Parkhopper+Waterparks tickets. Is that true? If so, is there a way to upgrade our tickets as the price of these tickets is about $25 more than our Parkhopper passes so it seems worthwhile to have 'unlimited' DisneyQuest and possibly one trip to a Waterpark as well. Is there a way to upgrade?

Also, do any of these tickets include Disney mini-golf?

Yes you can upgrade. Disney Quest used to be included in the fun options of Water parks fun and more tickets, but not anymore. Mini golf is included but you must golf prior to 4pm.

You get one fun option per day of your tickets. In your case, 10 fun options: any combination of water park visits, rounds of mini golf, rounds of par 3 golf or ESPN WWOS visits.

I read that Disneyquest is included but not listed because they were planning to close it soon.

Do we go to City Hall at WDW to do the upgrade? I think we would go to Dusneyquest twice, 2 rounds of mini golf, and maybe 1 waterpark visit but unlikely. Hope the up charge is worth it.

With ticket costs it's worth it even if you visit Disney quest or a water park once. I'd double check before the upgrade though that it still works at Disney quest.

When we were there last fall much of Disney Quest was not
In the best of shape, even IF it is included may not be the best use of your time

You can upgrade at any ticket booth or Guest Relations location at any park or Disney Springs.

The prior posting from raven is from a CM, a ticketing CM if I am not mistaken.
