Can We transfer the upgrade code???

For our group in August we only needed two rooms transfered we have an email with a code that has not been used. Can we transfer that to someone who does not have a code??? so that they too can get the great upgrade, it is for August 26-Sept 1st.

No this code is intended (and valid) only for the person it was sent to.....

I sure hope so!!! I did read on another thread that a person was (supposedly) told by a CM that a person with a code can make note of attatching it to somebody else's reservation but somehow I doubt that is accurate info.

actually I found out you can attach it by saying that the other party is traveling with you, they have to be coming in on, and departing the same day.

We were allowed to take advantage of my SIL's upgrade code but the CM told me it was because it already stated in both our reservations that we were traveling together. I was concerned because we are actually staying one day longer -- but apparently that wasn't an issue for the CM helping us.

Yes someone else can have the code. Just a few weeks ago I used someone elses code. I used the 40% off code. Worked great for me and saved me $$$$!!!! Sometimes you have to call more than once to get a friendly CM, but it can and has been done!!! You just have to be super nice to the CM, even if they deny you, just say thank you, and call right back. I had to call 3times to use the code I had!

I called Sat. to upgrade our GG to SSR. We had 4 rooms at POP
I had a room
My sister had a room
My parents had a room
My friend had a room

We all made our own reservations the first day FD came out
My mom had a code and my sister's husband had a code(he is not even coming this trip) The CM let me upgrade all of our resevations to SSR 1Br. I had to give my mother's and sister's address and phone numbers and she put it right though.
