We just returned from WDW, and wanted to share our experiences with you!
RFC at DTD: It was Saturday night, and as we expected, a long wait. It took about 1.5 hours for us to be seated. We were quite disappointed in the food, the service was slow, and initially, our waiter seemed a little cranky. The cobb salad was just mushy and tasteless (luckily, my dd and I split it, because it was HUGE) We won't be dining there again!
Flame Tree BBQ! Because of this board, we knew where to sit, down below by the water! Thank you! It was quiet and breezy. My boys, 13 and 10, along with dh, enjoyed the BBQ ribs. My DD and I split the BBQ Chicken salad....just enough for the 2 of us. 8 yr old dd had the mini hot dogs. We used the vouchers, and had our beverage and ice cream later in the day. We would love to eat here again!
Beaches and Cream! Well, it was worth getting soaked to the bone to eat a B&C burger! We went during a MAJOR DOWNPOUR! My DD had the chicken sandwich, which she loved!
We shared a No Way Jose and a Mudslide. A big thumbs up for B&C.
Garden Grill for Lunch: Definitely our favorite! The food was wonderful and the characters were so much fun. We saw them each 3x and Pluto was stealing a dessert from the empty table next to us! We really enjoyed our lunch.
Plaza Restaurant: The portions were HUGE and service was great. We all had sandwiches and enjoyed looking out the window at the castle.
Trails End: It wasn't crowded when we arrived. Our waitress, Serena was very sweet. This was the first time we had had buffalo steak. We would most certainly eat here again. The prices were VERY reasonable for what we ate.
PTC: What a HOOT! We had 'Neighbor Topher' (Chris). The price was well worth the fun we had! He announced to the restaurant that "Sunshine" was 15 and needed a date for the dance and actually found her one in the next room. He also found a date for my 13 DS, who was more mortified at the attention. 'Neighbor Topher' also corrected our family for elbows on the table and wearing hats. He also assumed that my DD had a crush on him when I requested a picture of the two of them! We had S'mores for dessert and they were wonderful! "Mom" had us yell at a "young man" for not eating his green beans. We would love to eat here again!
