Can we talk about Jan 2007 BWV?

I am looking for a standard studio room at BWV for DH, me and 2 kids under 3. My dates are Jan 28 - Feb 1. I hear that the standard studios are hard to get so I just want to get a jump start on things. I know that owners need 11 months to book, but I wondered if it is an appropriate time to at least get a contract signed and get everything set for then. Looking to pay $9 - 10 per point. Payment by paypal is preferred.
