Can we take Disney ME one way?

We are flying into Orlando and staying at the Poly for the 1st half of our trip and staying at the Orlando Ritz for the 2nd half of our stay.

We were originally going to rent a car for the entire trip, but now dh wants to just rent a car when we go to the Ritz.

Can we still use ME on the way to the Poly but not on the way home? Is it too late for us to book this if we leave next Saturday.

You can use ME one way. You need to call DME and set up your service. They may not be able to get your luggage tags out to you in time so you may have to pick up your own bags. I would call them ASAP with yout information and get things rolling.

Call them and book asap. No, you won't get your luggage tags. But you will have two options once you get to MCO. You can either just go to baggage claim and get your own bags and then bring them with you to the bus...or you can give your luggage claim checks to the DME rep and they will have the bags pulled and put on the DME truck for delivery to the Polynesian. If you choose option 2, you will have a wait of up to 3 hrs. for your bags.
I have done DME one way with no problems whatsoever.

Yes, you can book ME one way. You should call and do that now.

Thanks for all the info. I have taken ME before but had it set up way ahead of time last time. Blame it on dh who doesn't realize the importance of "pre-planning".
