Can we reserve tour Tickets over the phone?

While we are at Disney land next week, we want to take the walking in Walt's footsteps tour. Does anyone know if I can reserve tickets for this over the phone?

Hmmm.. I don't think you need to. They have guys standing in front of City hall at a cart, where you can sign up, same day. I suppose you could call 714-956-Mickey and ask them.
