Can we order kids items ala carte?

If my DD will not eat the whole kids meal at a TS, can we order just the entree for a reduced price? If so, does anyone know about what the price range is for that type of ordering?

When we did this they took $1.00 off the price however that was about a year ago. I'm not sure if its still the same. It didnt seem worth it to me.
