Can we or can we not? Halloween question

So I am about as confused as a baby in a milking barn. Has anyone read what is or is not allowed for the MNSHP? The reason I ask is we have very elaborate pyrate costumes that we were thinking on wearing and I cant figure out what they will or will not allow.

No weapons and no masks on anyone 14 or older. Masks can be worn that show the face and have clear eyesight for kids. They also suggest no over the body costumes or full length dresses - or you will have to go through more rigorous security.
