Originally BF and I were supposed to fly into Orlando on December 11th and leave the 18th, but flights were way cheaper if we shifted our trip one day later. So now we land at MCO at noon on the 12th, and have Les Chefs ressies at 3:40pm for Candlelight Processional! :headache: I am going to continue trying to get a later time, but what would be the quickest way to get there? (I don't want to change dates because we have our hearts set on NHP as narrator.) We're going to be taking the Magical Express to All Star Music. It's my first time with the ME so I don't know what to expect. Should we call a cab, can we use the world showcase entrance? I think we can make it even though it will be close, but I need help, please! :confused3

Normally you can figure 3 hours from arrival at MCO to walking into a park, but that's assuming the plane arrives on time. Bad weather in mid December could cause delays/cancellations in flights. And at any time mechanical difficulties or other problems could cause delays.

CP has a credit card guarantee/cancellation deadline so if you miss your reservation time there will be a penalty charged per person. Usually I would suggest changing CP to another day, but since you want to see NPH that won't work because Dec. 12 is his last evening.

If you decide to take a cab from ASMu it would be faster to take it to the Beach Club and enter Epcot through the International Gateway.

I've never taken a cab from MCO so I can't address the ME/cab comparison. Hopefully someone else will.

would you be willing to eat at another restaurant? there are several openings for the 815 show which have you eating between 500 and 540.

The dinner package is for BF's birthday, and Les Chefs was what Mr. Picky Eater chose. Does anyone know what the penalty charge is if we don't make it? I'd hate to have to change it on him, but I might have to if nothing opens up when we get sooner.
