Can we make reservations as Nascar Cafe?

I know we can't go on New Year's eve, so am wondering if we can make reservations to ensure we get to go while we're there. Also, my son will be turning 16 and I'm wondering if anyone knows if we can pre-order a special cake or something like that.

Why not NYE?

The wife and I frequent the Nascar while at US, which is usually the week between Christmas and New Year's, and we've never had trouble getting a table without a reservation. We may eat a little later than some, but still ... Of course, you could always check when you get there, to be safe.

Speaking of desserts, they used to have this insanely decadent hot fudge/brownie/ice cream concoction called the Fudge Tire that we looked forward to eating all year. They had dropped it off their menu by our last visit, which was very disappointing ...

I was able to make reservations via email on thier website, or you can call and make reservatations. They do not have an online reservation system, I sent an email to the general info email address and the staff made the res for me.
