We are eating dinner at topolinos for the first time. My baby has a few allergies so she’s limited on what she can eat. It’s not on the menu so I’m not sure if they’d be able to do this but there is another pasta dish. We were hoping they could do buttered noodles since it’s pretty simple.

It's been a few years, but my kid refuses to eat pasta with the sauce on it, and has the sauce on the side, so I'm pretty sure they can just serve the buttered pasta.

I agree DS doesn’t like red sauce but loves Alfredo which is not on the menu.

They are very accommodating there and never been a problem for us until our last trip. I’m not sure if the disconnect was between the us and the server, the server and the kitchen or just a combination of both. We ordered Alfredo with rigatoni since I don’t think they had penne. We stressed sauce and pasta only. It then came out with something green on top as a garnish so we sent it back. The next time it arrived with chicken on it and then finally the third time it was correct.

We have never had an issue previously so I’m just chalking it up as a fluke.

I will guarantee that they can make that. I have watched both the head chef and others come to a table to discuss what the person can and cant have. Very used to personal requests.

You can even get buttered noodles at a QS as long as they have pasta and pats of butter.
Can’t phantom a chef wondering who in his/her staff is capable of prepping that dish but you never know.
